These are the simulations of installing various operating systems. There is only one linux simulation but for Windows, there are 3 for Windows 8 and Windows 10. The first one - the demo is a movie that demonstrates the installation. The second one is a tutorial that tells you what to click and when. This is an interactive animation that gives you help on what to do for each step. The Assessment is an interactive animation that does NOT provide prompts or help.
